Upper East Side Introduction

Upper East Side enjoys a developed road system, has a convenient access to the downtown area by the east part of No. 4 Ring Road, Xiaoyun Road and Liangma He Road. It is only thirty minutes away from the Capital International Airport through Airport Highway and supporting roads. Across the road, it faces the Chaoyang Park, the largest city park in Asia, the large green area of Beijing King's Garden Villas, the Side Park and the Lido Park.
The Upper East Side was a high-end property project jointly developed by the Capital Land and the Super Shine in 2003. It is located in the northeastern part of Beijing and is the center of the citys upper east section. It occupies a total land of 47.53 hectare and its total construction area is 720,000 square meters.
